I have been an Amazon customer for at least 20 years, and this is by far the worst thing I have ever received. It broke apart the moment I tried to get it into the ground. And not just in one place -- the "welds" came off as soon as I stepped on them with my foot, and the wood split in two at the same time. I wasted an hour of my Saturday on this, between putting it together and then taking it apart, washing my hands 30 times to try to get the chemical smell off them, and writing this review. A refund for this terrible excuse for a product is not even good enough. I need to be compensated for my time and my health after breathing in those noxious fumes. Even doing this completely outside, I still have a headache. To the company that produced this awful, awful product, I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Honestly, this thing is a complete piece of junk. Several of the wood pieces arrived split and weren’t even properly attached. The metal feels incredibly cheap—it bends way too easily and doesn’t hold up at all. I had to do extra digging just to get it into the ground, and the metal stakes that are supposed to help you hammer it in actually broke off during installation. Overall, it’s just not worth the money. You’re honestly better off saving your cash and building something yourself.

I received this item, eager to install around d my AC unit in my courtyard. This product was terrible. Pieces of the lumber weren’t screwed into the frame; screws were missing; the metal poles were bent, resulting in pieces not fitting together. The frame has pieces that you are to step on in order to insert into the ground. I stepped on these firmly, but not hard enough to break them, and yet they broke in two. It was not sturdy. It was not durable and it certainly wasn’t easy to install. I returned this product the day I tried to install it. As a teacher, I work hard for my money, and I was terribly disappointed in this product.

The instructions tell you to use a rubber mallet to drive the stakes into the ground. I did that, and 6 of the wooden planks fell off, and my ground was not that hard.
