They did not have to reach out and even offered a refund, my views on them have indeed changed now! I will gladly give a new nozzle a test and hopefully I just got a fluke! ** Sadly these seem to be prone to heat creep and I cannot get ahold of the seller. First order, .2 and .6 worked fine, .4 damaged 1 side of my PEI plate. It was an old plate and still had one good side. figured it was a flook. Asked for an exchange through Amazon, and the new set arrived. First thing I did was to try the .4 nozzle and again, pushed itself out and damaged the otherside my old PEI plate. I am now down a plate and still do not have a .4 nozzle. Returning both sets. Possible issue, PTFE tube not cut long enough or wrong size, causing the melted filament to get between the extruder and tube, and while it fills pushed the extruder, disconnecting it from the filament feeder. I attempted to find a way to contact the seller after the first incident as I just wanted to replace the failing nozzle, but had to do a full return for a replacement attempt. ... show more

I didn't realize my new Kobra S1 came with a brass nozzle until we received it. I ordered the set (.4, .6, and .8) and installed the .4. I use lots of abrasiveaterial and so far I've had no issues feeding any of them through this hotend.

Extremely close to OEM, I have 20hrs on one hotend. Prints are smooth handle CF very well. Nylon and PC it struggles with but expected at these temps. Definitely would recommend for the cooler plastics. Have not seen any leakage. All good

The hot ends leak and cause clogging and overheating. The metal tube on top that guides the filament into the hot end popped off. The nozzle leakage filled the silicone cover. The first hot end did not last more than a day. Product arrived looked perfect did not operated correctly and broke and leaked everywhere.
