After spraying with gold spray paint, I placed 3 plants in 4-inch pots into each crate, even though the size of each box was slightly different. I lined the bottom and sides with water-proof paper before placing the plants.

I loved this after the stain and the setup... The bigger one arrived with one wall knocked off... The smaller ones were inside the big one so they were protected from whatever bang they received. We used a staple to get it back in place but it just fell apart again... Use would glue if you have time to wait for it to dry. Thankfully we did. But stained and set up these are cute!! ... show more

These crates were packaged poorly. They were pretty beat up by the time I received them. Slats were falling off. I had to repair them with a hot glue gun before I could use them.

You literally get what you see. Its a simple build, a good and quick solution to fit whatever your needs might be. The wood could’ve gotten a better smoother finish, unless you’re going for a “straight from the pallet” look.

Seems quality wooden crates are hard to find at a decent price & I needed variety of sizes and this was the best I could find. They arrived in ok shape for unfinished in all ways wood. I’m keeping but I’ll continue to look for better options

Bought originally for the large box to store cds in, perfect fit. I painted and am using the smallest box to hold items on my desk such as notepads, lotion, paperclips etc. Gave my Granddaughter med size box which she painted and is using for doll stuff. Very satisfied with purchase.
