The first tank I purchased was shattered. However; I've purchased 3 since then and all three came in perfect condition. The issue with the first one was that the original box marked FRAGILE was then placed inside an Amazon delivery box that was not marked fragile, so it must have been tossed around a bit. This rimless nano tank is a high-quality addition to my aquascaping collection. The crystal-clear glass provides stunning views, and the minimal silicone seams further enhance the aesthetic appeal. As a taller 3-gallon tank, it offers unique design possibilities compared to my shorter models, allowing for more vertical aquascaping options. The tank passed a thorough leak test without any issues. I did notice a couple of minor imperfections in the silicone, but they were purely cosmetic and did not affect the tank's integrity. While slightly on the pricier side, the exceptional build quality and the potential for creative aquascaping make this tank a worthwhile investment. Super cute tank! I needed something small for my snails. I plan on adding some more plants, some sand, and a tiny light. I am not using the tank for fish. The bottom is just glass. I think that's what the mat is for, but I ended up putting some foam under it. Either way, my snails love it (albeit they are easy to please). ... show more

This tank could have been great. I mean, it's a really simple design. It's rimless. It's gorgeous. It comes with a rubber mat to protect the bottom of the tank and the overall integrity. Unfortunately, I have an issue with a leak. Therefore, I cannot use this as a fish tank. I think it's very difficult in its condition. It's a bummer. ... show more

Overall, this is a great little glass aquarium. It's super small, though, so I wouldn't recommend for any fish. I am going to use it to do a small unfiltered planted tank that will only have plants and possibly some shrimp. Pros: Glass is super clear. It doesn't leak. The size and shape are nice for a table top. Cons: The edges aren't beveled, but that doesn't really concern me with a tank this size and I don't foresee it having to withstand much water pressure. The "leveling mat" isn't trimmed to fit. Easy enough to do with a cutting blade, but that would've been a nice touch. Overall however this is a fine tank that is reasonably priced. ... show more

I had some extra lights hanging around so I thought I'd get a small nano tank for my desktop at school. This will be a little mushroom tank when ask is said and done. Currently running an air stone until my little hob filter arrives. This nano aquarium came well packaged. No issues with delivery. It's well made with clear glass and came with a leveling pad.
