Anchor came with everything stated. The stainless steel carabiner works well and the float helps with detaching when needed. I used this anchor while stand up paddle board fishing and worked well. The rope is strong enough and does not kink up as the diameter is thick enough to prevent it. The anchor folds up easily and when folded out, deployed it held the board in place in the ocean with moderate seas. This is a nice item to take with on paddleboard adventures. It is heavy enough to be a decent anchor but not too heavy to make it a pain to haul. We tied 2 SUPs together and anchored them for some floating in the lake and it held us both. The bag is a bit small/hard to get it all back in.

I was looking forward to receiving this so we could stop in the middle of the lake without drifting off. It worked really well We wound up attaching our 2 kayaks together and the anchor worked well.
