I made the mistake of buying a cheap platform bed frame for my new bed, and it squeaked and croaked so much. I ended up adding felt to all the screws and crevices and even got some boards to put under the mattress to help with support, but I still heard the frame squeak. I bought 2 legs to put around the squeaky areas and it has helped reduce the noise by a lot! Not 100% but I can hear the difference. Very sturdy and worth the purchase if you plan on replacing your existing wood support legs. Our bed came with wooden support legs broke after months of using the bed and found this as a great replacement for it.
