These microwave turntable support rings seem to be well-made, with smooth wheels and solid construction. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit my microwave due to some confusion around the listed dimensions. While the measurements provided (9.4" and 7.8") are probably standard for how these products are typically sized, the diagram in the listing is misleading. It visually suggests that the 9.4" is the diameter of the ring itself, excluding the wheels—but in reality, it measures from the outside edge of one wheel, across the center, to the point on the opposite side of the imaginary circle (where a fourth wheel might be if it had four instead of three). The actual ring diameter, not including the wheels, is closer to about 8.75". Similarly, the 7.8" measurement is shown as a straight lines forming an equilateral triangle in the middle of the ring, giving the impression it’s the dimensions of the ring itself. But it's actually the distance from the center of one wheel to the center of another wheel on the opposite side of the triangle. Had this been the right size, I believe it would have performed well—the materials and wheel movement seem solid. Just be aware that the diagram doesn’t clearly represent how the measurements relate to the actual physical dimensions of the product. ... show more
