It’s what I need for my stove top microwave, which a Samsung ME16K3000AW Great light intensity! It is dimmable, but in my microwave it only has high and low sets for the light intensity, but for me both are great because the brightness is what I like along with the kind of yellow light

I have used several sets of these to replace the incandescent hood bulbs under our microwave. They are bright enough to make stovetop cooking easily visible, the color of the light is natural, and they do not flicker even when dimmed. I knocked them down 1 star for durability. I realize that a hood above a hot stove/oven is a tough place, but these seem to burn out after a year or two. It would be nice if they lasted longer. Never the less, I’ve bought a second set after the first burned out because of the rest of the positive features. ... show more

Just received my order today and I'm very happy. My over-the-stove Whirlpool Microwave is about 8 yrs. old and originally came with a regular filament bulb. When LED versions of this bulb became available I definitely wanted to switch and was glad I chose this one from this company. At first it seemed like it was too long to fit into the socket area, but when I tipped it slightly upwards, it fit perfectly. Also, I definitely wanted a bright, WARM color light that was DIMMABLE and again, this product came through. LED's save energy and I know that some have been known to flicker, or not shut off completely, but this particular product does not have any of these issues, at least for me. This bulb is left on 24/7 using the low setting and turned to high when cooking... my above the stove Whirlpool microwave only has 2 brightness setting, low and high. I bought these the first time in Sept. of 2023. It is now 2 years later (Sept. 2025) and I just now installed the second bulb in the 2 pack I bought back then.
