Not really meant for busty ladies or middle age women. The cups are very sticky, and yet they didn’t hold onto skin. I had to use tape over the sides for support and even then could not move my arms much. Any sweating or fast movements and they things are flying off

I got two a nude and black. I have tried many bras like these before and these are by far the best! They stay all day with no need to continue to adjust them. You can wear them in many different ways to best suit your needs. Or just use the nipple covers. They lift your girls and are very comfortable. So far I have used then for a backless dress and with tank tops. I am planning on getting more of this great product. So these definitely pulled the girls up and looked flattering at first. However, the MOMENT you start sweating they’re done for. I spent the majority of the night trying to readjust, they would not stop moving and coming loose. The strings were of no use. I ordered this product thinking that I would be able to use the strings to tighten the bra but I wasn't able to. When I positioned the bra differently to attempt to tighten, the adhesion would come loose.

These bras are very sticky and hold in place well. They’re pretty thin so it doesn’t give a bulky look, which I like. The only downside is I think the sizing is a bit off. I probably should have ordered a size bigger
