Extremely overpriced piece of headache... No vacuum hold down at all, I manily cut 24" 20" 15" and 12" vinyl and they all do the same... I thought this be an upgrade from my laserpoint 2 but it's been nothing but problems, if I could return it I certainly would.

I'm still up in the air on this! I was so excited to receive this cutter as I was graduating to a larger machine. Everything was perfect....however there wasn't one piece of paper in the box! No assembly instructions at all. It took me over 45 minutes searching online looking for the assembly directions and I eventually found a Youtube video of assembly. Then there was no paperwork on the machine calibration, start up....nothing! Again, it took hours online and there's is nothing online but an simple, vague booklet to assist you. There is no manual for the Titan 3 and I had to put in a ticket for assistance. I am disappointed in the fact there is so little information available on the machine and no support documentation for this either. All questions have to be submitted through a ticket. Not cool!
