This ships flat and unassembeled don't it was easy to snap on the brush and the ice scrapper. The pieces were well made and very durable. I gave it 3 stars because it functions, but the extension on the brush didn't want to seem to lock into place so the brush kept changing angles/lengths as I tried to use it. I live in New England and have been using this to scrape the ice off of my car windshield and windows everyday for almost a week now. I like that it’s a combination brush and ice scraper. But, what I like more is that it’s orange (easier to find) and that when you press a button the brush rotates into a position that’s horizontal to the handle (normal use is perpendicular) which makes it easier to store when not in use. This is a decent-quality extendable snow brush, good to keep in the car for snowy mornings. The extendable arm helps reach to the middle of the windshield without too much additional effort. I haven't had to test the scraping side yet, but it seems pretty standard. I took one star off as it does seem to be of average quality - there are a few nicks in the plastic scraper, and some bristles on the brush have started to pull. PROS -- - Extendable / collapsible arm makes it easy to use, and easy for in-car storage - Brush and scraper in one piece - Padded handle CONS -- - seems to be average quality. This ice scraper has stood up well to how hard my husband is on such devices. It easily removes ice and snow from windshields and has a long enough reach to get the whole window without much reach effort. It has lessened the time and energy we have to expend in order to clear our vehicles in winter weather. Definitely pleased. Only downside is it is pretty long and does not fold down or collapse. Works well fo clearing frost and ice from the windshield, and has a nice long reach that's great for larger vehicles like my full sized truck. Comes in three pieces for shipping, but when snapped together it's nice and strong so you can really scrape hard to clear the ice. Brush clears snow nicely.
