I bought this because I was trying to create a bookish item that needed an anatomical heart. I used mica powder and epoxy resin. The mold quality was really good and actually kinda suction cupped itself to the table without me doing anything other than setting it down which kept it from tipping over with the weight. It was a bit of a challenge to demold but a tad bit of dish soap and it popped right out no problem. The size was smaller than I was picturing in my head but for me that was actually a good thing. It is absolutely the perfect size, not huge but not tiny. Overall I'm very pleased with this mold and now thst I've done it once hopefully I'll be less confused on where to start an stop the colors. ... show more

    • Hard to remove but great additions for spooky candles
Okay I've said in other reviews I make spooky candles, and this is a great addition to them. Details are amazing, the face in the tree the viens in the heart. However getting the wax out of this mold is tricky and so many times the arteries have broken off and get stuck inside. Which isn't a very big deal you can just smooth the ends out and you'd never know those were there. ... show more
