I bought this because I was trying to create a bookish item that needed an anatomical heart. I used mica powder and epoxy resin. The mold quality was really good and actually kinda suction cupped itself to the table without me doing anything other than setting it down which kept it from tipping over with the weight. It was a bit of a challenge to demold but a tad bit of dish soap and it popped right out no problem. The size was smaller than I was picturing in my head but for me that was actually a good thing. It is absolutely the perfect size, not huge but not tiny. Overall I'm very pleased with this mold and now thst I've done it once hopefully I'll be less confused on where to start an stop the colors. ... show more

Detailed mold. Will be good for resin I think, but not suitable for candles. The hourglass shape makes it nearly impossible to invert the mold without breaking the candle.

Do not waste your money on this set. The mold are small and the detail is not great. I continued to have breakage no matter what I did. I would ask for my money back on these but I have already tried several and the same issues are for the ones I worked with.
