UPDATE: After reporting this to the seller, they quickly shipped a replacement charger. Changing my review from a 3 to a 4 star based on quality customer service. I bought two of these 100 W chargers and one of the two boxes obviously had been used. Did I receive a returned charger as a new charger? I bought these chargers because of the functionality provided, but the build quality is a concern... for providing 100 W of power it's very light weight. The docs that came with it state that it provides smart charging and intelligent protection systems, I certainly hope that's the case. It just doesn't feel very substantial. For me, it's a wait and see if I will keep these chargers or return them. I just don't understand how one of the chargers could be shipped in the condition it was in. I plan on reaching out to the seller directly about this issue. ... show more

Thank for realizing that 98% of what gets plugged in has a USB CONNECTION putting my120v outlets around the house on chill mode . Missing a star for the missing mount to hide it up under the desk. As you can see, I have fun with the zip tie engineering at hand

5ft / 1.5m (59.05") ultra long detachable power cord<----------- NOT true. It is only ~46 inches long. Before purchasing, I measured my need, which was 54 inches. So, I bought this over another one due to the length of the cord 59 inches. This is 13" shy of that length. Now I have to buy or find an extension cord for about 6 inches of length....which will they only make longer than that... so a big wire mess is in my future. Not cool. See images. I will see how it works over the next week, and decide if I will send it back. ... show more
