Have bought quite a few packs of these and they work great for fences that aren't dug into the ground. My dog still does love to dig to these things but they go to deep for him to get under. 4 stars for price maybe don't include the gloves, cutters and zip ties and lower the pack by 10 bucks. I didn't end up using any of those extras
