I will start this off by saying I loved this! However, mine experienced several issues. Only going in reverse, not turning on after charging, etc. I worked with a member of their team and he helped me get replacement parts for the tractor, he even sent me videos of how to do everything. After I replaced the parts it worked for about a week and then started only going in reverse again :( my kids were sad lol. I give them a 5 star rating on their customer service alone! I do love the product, just hate that I had issues with it

Powerful enough to make it up hills and not get stuck. The radio is a great feature. He loves playing the songs while driving. It’s light enough for us to pick up and move around and take to different locations.

This kids tractor is pretty awesome, I like that it comes with a trailer wagon to where my boyfriend's kids can haul stuff in it while riding around, it's also detachable,the seat on the tractor is adjustable which is good since his kids range in ages from 4-8,it has a radio and they enjoy listening to the music while riding around in my yard,it drives well in my grass and on hills without any hangups, his kids get pretty wild,so I'm glad that it comes with a remote to where I can take control when needed and was pretty easy to pair with the tractor, assembly of the tractor wasn't very hard and came with easy to understand instructions, it's a nice looking tractor with wagon and the battery offers a decent amount of run time before having to be charged up.

My granddaughters love this ride on tractor with wagon. It has power to take two of them at a time and they are loving having the wagon to help pickup leaves and other things around the yard. The battery holds a good charge and last well under their tough use. I really like the remote control so when the 2 year old wants to be the driver no one is getting hurt. We love this

(2024-08-21 update) - We've been using this almost daily for a month. Our little one loves it. Yesterday it stopped working. I had to take it apart to troubleshoot. The circuits all looked good and the batteries show a ~27v charge. Turns out the ignition switch failed. Fortunately this is a simple fix, and only $5.00 to replace the part (I am going to convert to a keyed ignition switch). I'm undecided whether I should remove a star; it was annoying that a component already failed, but we otherwise love the product. I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It was easy to assemble, seems sturdy and has plenty of power for the little one. The controller paired immediately and worked great. The controller overrides the manual control, so if your little one is not old enough to know how to drive well, you can step in when needed. The battery life is good--a full charge will likely outlast the attention span of the driver. The speed and power of the motors seem just about right for the size of the vehicle--if not just a little faster than I would be comfortable with. Fortunately it has a low speed setting--good to prevent someone from flying through the little tractor windshield in the event of a high-speed head-on collision. The trailer is fine, but I'll probably take it off because it just makes it more difficult to turn around when needed. It also seems that there are spare components readily available if a motor or controller burns out. An overall great product.
