A big hit with my grandson and well worth the thought put into charging I bought this Bronco Raptor ride-on for my grandson and it has been such a hit. It looks wonderful in person and really does resemble a little Bronco, not a flimsy toy. The headlights are bright, the horn makes him laugh every time, and it feels solid and well made. Assembly was fairly straightforward and took me about an hour, taking my time and following the instructions. This is a big ride-on. It’s quite wide and larger than I expected, so it does need space. It also has plenty of power. Even the slow setting moves along briskly indoors, and the faster setting is really meant for outside. Once we learned where it works best, it’s been nothing but fun. Because this wasn’t inexpensive and my grandson only comes over occasionally, I paid close attention to the battery instructions. They recommend charging for about 8 to 12 hours, never more than 20 hours, and not letting the battery run completely dead. I didn’t want to be guessing or worrying about charge times, so I wanted something simple and reliable. I bought a Charge-o-matic timer on Amazon and it has been perfect. It was very easy to program, even for me and I am not technically inclined. I have it set for 12 hours on, then 30 days off, repeating automatically. When my grandson is done riding, we just plug it in and forget about it. If he comes back soon, it’s ready. If weeks go by between visits, it’s still ready and the battery is protected. Living in Florida, we do lose power from time to time, and I really appreciate that the timer remembers its settings. When the power comes back on, it resumes automatically with no reprogramming. All in all, this has been a wonderful purchase. It’s fun, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed, and with the right charging setup, I expect it to last for many years. I would absolutely buy this again and highly recommend using a timer for charging if you want peace of mind. ... show more

Best gift for our 6 year old! Make sure you have lots of time to assemble, but worth it!!! Our daughter LOVES this jeep! We’ve actually never used the remote for it, but she’s a great driver. Her little sister likes to ride along with her and there’s plenty of room for both of them. Easy to drive, doors open and close. Radio is not super easy to utilize, but we haven’t used it much. Stays charged for several uses (she drives it for up to an hour at a time). Easy to charge, absolutely happy with this purchase! I was hesitant to purchase one of these for my kid as I had heard of these not having the best batteries and breaking down - that is absolutely incorrect. This little Bronco is SO fun! To start, the bright pink is hilarious and the "Raptor" addition makes it even better. The front lights look EXACTLY like a Bronco. There's a radio that actually tunes into the local channels - mine doesn't change so that could be a bug? - but it Bluetooth's to a phone so I just use that every time to listen to music. The best part is the ability to switch from a remote to pedals. The remote has 3 speeds as well as the parking brake. It works at a decent distance away from the machine. The turning radius is a tad small but the machine does go everywhere. The battery seems to last for awhile, we recently went on a 20 minute walk and I don't think the battery slowed down at all. My only comment is you can't actually tell what the battery is at, so charging is kind of at a random. The instructions say to just not let it charge for more than 12 hours. The customer service was also fantastic - they honored a lower price just days after I bought this. Overall - this is my kids favorite toy! ... show more

Great value for money. My daughter loves it! Seems sturdy and drives well on different terrain. I really enjoy that it has set belts and 2 seats for a passanger like her lottle brother so it can be used by both kids at once. I also really liked that it comes with a remote so we (adults) can take over control if needed or if child cant use on own yet. I havent tried Bluetooth radio function yet but the headlights are a cute addition. Battery life seems pretty good, but I dont like that there is no indication of when the battery is getting low to recharge. Its a guessing game. I give it 4 stars because it wouldnt work when we finished assembly. My husband had to take it apart again even more then what we assembled and found a few wiring issues he had to fix. The connections may have come loose while in transit not sure. He was able to fix some loose wires, and it started up. Havent had any more issues thus far been a month and a half. ... show more

We had such a great experience with the Bronco car! It’s huge, spacious, and perfect for toddlers, with plenty of room for them to enjoy the ride comfortably. I was honestly impressed with the quality, it is such a great value for the money! What really made the experience stand out, though, was the amazing customer service. They are so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. You can tell they really value their customers, and that means a lot. I definitely recommend checking them out. Fairly easy to assemble. I recommend you only install the necessities first (seat, steering wheel, axles, tires), test drive the truck for an hour or so, charge the battery, then test it again the next day or whatever. If it's good to go, then install all of the "bells and whistles" to complete the truck. We had an issue with the new battery not charging, but the seller was very responsive and sent a replacement battery right away; excellent service. My daughter, 5, loves it. She gets somewhere around 1.5 hours of "drive time". It's easy for her to handle and control, stops quickly, isn't too fast, very safe. We have a large yard, so I don't even need the remote control.
