I had a small issue with operations of the truck. But this was my own fault. Turns out you'll need batteries to operate it correctly. Customer service was excellent at helping me figure out I was an idiot. Absolutely! No issues with the truck or customer service. If you are thinking about this for you child, get it, my granddaughter loves this truck and it takes her anywhere she wants to go without getting stuck. The remote control feature is truly a savior as well. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of purchasing.. thumbs up all the way around. ... show more

Don’t waist your money. I purchased this for my grandson for when he was coming out to see us and it broke in less then 20 minutes. The weld that holds the motor broke in minutes of driving on flat asphalt. Not only do you have to wait for it to be shipped from China but it is crap. CHINA!! Stay away from don’t waist your money and most importantly don’t get and let down you kids cause it will break in minutes ... show more

Picture shows 4 wheel drive but doesn’t come with 4 motors, only 2 and wasn’t wired up for them. Misleading advertisement. The instructions could be more clear and easier to understand. It breaks incredibly hard for a child when using the remote. Slows way down when driving it on grass.
