It been exactly 7 days of receiving the item. N is broken already my daughter used it maybe 3 times in a period of 7 days. We visited the park n the main wheel got broken. My daughter is so sad since she really loves it

All three go-karts worked fine at first, but after about 8 months they began having issues and eventually stopped working properly. We contacted customer support and followed every troubleshooting step they suggested, including sending photos and videos and testing chargers and batteries. They even sent a replacement battery, but the problem was still not resolved. Communication has also been very inconsistent, including going a full month without a response. Very disappointing given the price and the amount of effort we put into trying to resolve the issue. ... show more

Super fun and easy to put together. However, even following the instructions for charging, the battery is awful. The first few days it worked well, but after charging it as instructed, the battery fails. It runs maybe 15 minutes at a time after that.
