I purchased this for my Grandsons birthday. It arrived used and broken. I was embarrassed by it and had a very disappointed little boy. You would think there would be some kind of quality control somewhere, no way that should have been sold. I reached out to the company because it’s a 3rd party, not Amazon, but I have not even received a response. It’s not like this was an inexpensive toy! So I would say it’s not durable, quality is not there, and there was absolutely no value to the product. I’m still a tad upset by it all. Seriously, if you are going to sell something, especially for children, make sure it works!!!

I put this together and went to charge it not the power button it the power port just collapsed I’m so pissed because now I have to wait 48 to even see if they’ll send me a return label and it was for my grandsons birthday party tomorrow 😫 hopefully these ppl don’t give me a hassle about getting my refund because I’m literally out of 300 for nothing
