The box arrived without damage. All internal items were well packaged and all parts were accounted for. All instructions were clear and easy except the very first installation regarding the front wheel direction lever which requires a little studying of the instruction photos before assembly but it was easy. The back handrail and front window frame required significant force to install them but they installed as instructed. After completing assembly and charging the batteries for the 8-12 hours per instructions everything worked as expected. The car is well buit and rugged. When turned on, an engine start sound is made, the front lights can be turned on or off, and the remote control provides what is needed for young children who can't reach the pedals or rotate the steering wheel. My grandson will love this.

The 4WD option and powerful 4x200W motors make it perfect for any terrain, while the roomy 2-seater design lets both kids enjoy the ride together. This piece of GARBAGE almost killed my kid. The steering wheel literally comes straight off if you move it, and it doesn’t stop when you let go of the pedal!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

UTV was delivered two days earlier than delivery date. It was easy to assemble. My granddaughters love it. I love that it has an adult remote control. It had one broken part in it but they sent me a new part with no hassle. The UTV works great. It has great traction it steering is easy and I have to basically run to keep up with it. I definitely will purchase more products from this company.

Update: I contacted the company and they were very supportive and provided several ways I could remedy the situation The sent a replacement part out fedex and video instructions on how to fix it. I adjusted the review to reflect their commitment to their product. First off, i am out of the return window. we purchased this for my grandchildren to use at Christmas time. Finally got some good weather and after 6 hours of use, the motor that controls the steering and broken off the mounts, rendering remote operation of the steering useless. I am hoping to contact someone in customer support to see what can be done.

The media could not be loaded. There are 3 speeds when operating the controller on the 3rd one you better be ready to run lol I have short legs. It also has a Park mode where it doesn't move until you take it out of it.. the sound is not loud where it would be annoying but knowing that it's powered. I charged it for 24 hours and took the kids on a 2 mile walk in it and the battery lasted until we got back. It probably has another mile left in it.. my daughter is able to smoothly turn the steering wheel it's not hard . Pressing the pedal she is able to reach it no problem. The push start is easy to work.. just hold down a sec more to turn off.. you have 3 radio options faux, bluetooth and already programed songs. Assembly was very easy with the step by step video I watched. Except I missed the part to leave the zip ties on the wheel cords lol. I love the parent remote easy to control and I like the fact it actually moves the wheel the direction you are pressing let's her know the direction to turn when driving. I love the color it's amazing. The fact it's comes with lights in the front and on the bar in the back A plus plus. It comes with seat belt so that's a great safety feature built very well. Overall I couldn't have gotten a better present for my daughter even though it was supposed to be for Christmas welp they delivered it late she seen it and wanted. Oh it was able to ride through gravel and high grass
