I did not notice the crack at first because most of the assembly is done with the unit upside down. I assumed the instability was getting better as pieces were being added. Once turning over the frame I noticed the main frame which supports the weight of the child was cracked causing it to give. I have not given the seller an opportunity to correct the problem as it was a santa gift and wouldn't have time to return an almost completely assembled unit back in time to get another one. We were able to take apart some of the parts and add more screws to the unit to secure the main frame to bed of truck portion. I am hoping this secures the issue indefinitely.
