I bought this for my 4 years old kid. Everything works great. He enjoying the ride with bike. Only one concern. One of the small supporter tire broken. I don’t know how to contact supplier to ask for spare parts.

So disappointed in this purchase. We got it for our 4 year old for Christmas, and shortly after the bottom piece fell off and continue to fall off every time my son rides it. Which makes it very frustrating for a four. Less then 6 months after Christmas and the bike no longer works. It was fully charged when me son too it for a ride, didn’t even make it to our neighbors house before it died and now won’t work even after charging it again. I do not recommend customer service was awful and wouldn’t refund me my money or send another bike!

The media could not be loaded. My 5 year old niece loves it! Doesn't go too fast but just fast enough to be fun. I think she'll outgrow it quick but she really enjoys it for now.
