This is the worst purchase ever. My son got to drive this car twice and now it won't turn on or charge. I am trying to return this, but the seller has sent a return label which I have to pay to return this car for over $500 which is a complete scam when the car doesn't cost that much. Please don't purchase from this company. I am unsatisfied customer, and this was a Christmas gift for my son. If they would pay for the return label and refund my money that would make this better. If I could no stars I would.

My grandson loves the gocart. That part I give a 5. But Ihad to find a YouTube video to put it together because the directions weren’t always clear. Also after finishing it the front panel (music) would not light up or work. Assume it’s like pictures I see online. I tried emailing, but no luck & talking to someone on line & they were not helpful at all. I finally gave up & gave it to him as is & hoped his mom or dad could figure it out. I spent several days trying to get help but no luck .
