We were so excited for our son to wake up to his white dump truck on Christmas morning, but unfortunately our excitement quickly turned into disappointment. After assembling it and plugging it in overnight so it would be fully charged and ready in the morning, we discovered that it never charged. Either the charger or the battery appears to be defective. Our son’s excitement was very short-lived when he climbed on only to realize it wouldn’t turn on at all.
