This washer is so easy to use and cleans my clothes well in a very short period of time. The spinner gets clothes almost dry so the air dry is short. I haven’t had it long so I can’t say how it will endure, but I hope I can use it forever!! I use alien tape to connect the inlet hose to my sink and rigged a strap to hold the drain hose in place in the sink and since figuring that out it is perfect!!! I also put it on a purple insulation sheet square to absorb some of the motion so my neighbors don’t hear it and so far no complaints.

Dear Lord, what have I gotten myself into? This is a nightmare product. Cheapo. The buttons do not work half of the time. The INTAKE HOSE they offer? -- it looks more like the bendy straws that you get in a Big Gulp drink from a store like Speedway! The dials are so confusing! And one of them is very hard to turn and it snaps back to off if you don't hold it?! What were these people thinking? Well... they definitely were not thinking about quality . Just mass production and make money. It is obvious with this product! China does not care about quality! The funniest (funny not funny), was the "manual" that came with it. I believe an 8-year-old wrote it? With the misspellings and grammar errors! It's actually laughable. But after spending all day long trying to make this thing work IM NOT LAUGHING. I now have a pile of wet towels because the washer part worked. But the spin decided NOT to work anymore today. So I'm back to wringing clothes out by hand the way I did before I had this washer! I even tried to use the spinner with nothing in it. Nope. Then I put a washcloth in it. Nope. I am writing this for YOU Amazon consumers so you don't go through what I just did. From now on, I'm going to buy something like this or any other appliance, from a local store and they may even deliver it. Then I can go back if there's a problem and show it to a living person. And discuss warranties. The reason I bought this is because I had a smaller one once and it was great. So I thought well let's get something with a little more capacity! And it will be wonderful! Well my dream of having a nice little washer instead of having to go to the laundromat, was nice. I am not ordering larger appliances from any where but a local store. They all carry these and other appliances! And have some type of service that you can actually call in your city and a PERSON to help! I think it's probably a good idea to buy a extra small warranty any time we're buying any of these types of washers. I bought this from the Amazon Resale, new name for it. We can buy a damaged box, returns that customers made, etc. I do not believe that anyone damaged this in any way. It looked brand new when I got it. Still had the shrink wrap on it. Resale is a great idea but when it comes to appliances, I would be SURE you can return it. Some items cannot be returned? This one's going back via UPS, as soon as possible! They DO pick it up thank God. If I had a local Amazon Return facility here in my neighborhood, I would WALK it there! AGAIN AMAZON IS NOT WHO MANUFACTURERED THIS JUNK. THEY SIMPLY SELL US ITEMS. I do hope Amazon will STOP this process on THIS "washer" and not sell it to anyone else. It's going to be nothing but trouble if they do. I hope this has helped someone. I had nothing really to read -- no reviews much -- before I bought it.

Came broken and cracked on the bottom, shipping package was not able to be used fully for return and had to spend own money on supplies to ship back

I received this as a gift from a friend. Legs were broken off!! Also would like to point out that the hose provided will not fit any spigot I’ve got!! Would give zero stars if possible!! Don’t waste your time with this! Not worth it!!!
