I finally unboxed this generator, added oil, gas and got it started. First start took a bit of work, probably due to the unit needing to prime with gas, but once going it ran well. The eco mode is a nice feature that keeps RPMs low until load is applied. I connected it up to a large oil based space heater and it ran fine at max power (probably about 1800W, which is the max continuous rating for the unit.) I'm sure it can get up to 2450 for brief periods, but I assume this would only represent inrush or surge current when starting up certain power hungry devices. Generally, no complaints. Unit is encased with solid plastic, has a voltage readout which shows voltage sag, which is helpful, and has all the necessary features one would expect. It's not too loud, but I didn't try measuring the noise level. Other note, bring your own cord. Mine came with a US plug, and no cable. ... show more

Easy setup and start. Added 12oz of 10W 30 and used propane to run it. It started fine with just two pulls. The manual is well written and includes simple instructions. Ran a 1500w hair dryer and the noise did increase, but it was not bad. Switched to 750w in Eco mode, and it was very quiet. Overall, in the short run, I plan to use it for charging batteries when my solar panels are weak due to lack of sun. Even comes with an oil funnel and spark plug wrench. Long term may change this opinion so we shall see. ... show more

    • Lightweight, and marginally easy to start. No access to carburetor by user.

The unit is lightweight and easy to take on site. Rated at 2450 watts, it easily kicks out and shuts down on a voltage spike of any kind wile running on ECON mode. I was unable to run my Circular Saw with this generator, even though the saw is rated at 1200 watts. The startup spike would not allow me to run the saw. I was, however able to run my Reciprocating Saw; it pulled the unit down, but it did not kick out on the Reciprocating Saw. For the money, this is a decent generator. I have not yet tried it on a small milkhouse heater, but will do that soon......... update: It ran the Milkhouse Heater with no problem, so I can use it for RV camping. Also, I found that if NOT running on ECON mode, the RPM allows the Circular Saw to be used. So, the little generator is good for my usage...... still not easy to get running from a cold start. Update....problem seems to be running it in eco mode. I will try and break engine in then try eco mode again. Right now it runs fine not in eco mode. Update. I gave this a 4 star. Another update. Engine kept dying for the first few starts. This engine was really hard to break in. But after breaking it in....it seems to work and operate just fine. Had to stay with it and not give up. Took me a couple days to break this engine in but works good now. Another update. I updated this generator to 5 star. It was operator error on my part. It was at night when I tried to run it for the first time and I thought the gas vent cap was in the on position and it was in the off off position. I saw the mistake during the day. This is a great generator for the price and gets really great gas mileage. It starts right away just make sure the vent gas cap in on...lol. I apologize to the vendor for my mistake. 5 star all the way. I repent. ... show more

Very competitively priced inverter generator. Arrived fast and well packed. After adding oil, about 12 oz of 10w30, started in two pulls. Very quiet compared to non-inverter and even larger (5000 watt) inverter generators. That was surprising. Light weight, easy to carry. Very easy to start.

☹️...after just 4 months I had to give it away cuz I could not pull the rope fast enough to ever start it. ( I have since replaced it with a truly e-z start generator that really does start with one of my whimpers pulls). I cannot recommend this Poxario generator when for about the same price you can get the (grey A-*P***R) that starts with barely a pull. So there is my very rare poor product review. 🫩 ... show more
