I bought this for my son. After charging the battery for the full twelve hours that it said to we tried to use it. The flip switch when on, lit up. We then twisted the accelerator and nothing happened. We looked over the whole scooter and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The Item it's self is great however the Item was listed as new, but when I took it out of the box it has scuff marks all over the sides and the tires were filthy it was clearly used.

Starts and fault out every 30 seconds - after full charge. Will have to replace wiring and battery. A very dissatisfying purchase.

Great product, easy to assemble. Everything you need is in the box. Setup took 10-15 minutes tops. Awesome customer service. Would recommend product for anyone looking for a scooter for their children.
