It's frustrating when these Chinese companies do so much right and mess up the simple stuff. I've only had this oven a couple of days and it seems well built but there are a few things they could have done better. The digital interface is very confusing. Timer actually sets the time and Clock sets the timer... backwards. I have no idea what the difference between Heating and Reheat is. Also, the digital display does not display or set the temperature which is annoying. The display controls also feel a bit cheap and like they could break at any second. The manual is poorly written as always seems the case. They don't even tell you how to use the rotisserie. You have to poke the pointy end of the rotisserie skewer into the the silver hole in the back of the oven. The rotisserie skewer comes with a plastic handle you have to screw on and off to allow it to fit in the oven. Some of the documentation also states the oven is 120 volts but it is definitely 220v. The good news is that it does seem to heat fast and well. Temperature seems somewhat accurate and the convection feature seems to work. It looks really nice also.
