The foam does its job for high frequencies but the adhesive does not stick to the wall very well. I recommend you use spray on glue or gorilla glue. The quality is decent for just helping dampen the sound it does not get rid of the sound whatsoever.

The adhesive didn't stick for very long, but that might be my fault. It says to wipe down your surface to avoid dust and such, and I forgot to wipe off the ceiling. Or maybe it's just not meant for ceilings... The world may never know. As for price, I was thinking I would need more, but didn't actually end up using all of them, so I'm pretty sure it's a good price.
