The media could not be loaded. With so many choices it was hard to make a decision. We wanted first off a wine cooler that had a real compressor just like what you have in your refrigerator and this has that. it’s very quiet cools perfectly and just to be safe I measured it with two thermometers one on top and one on bottom and they were exactly matching the displayed temperatures. You can adjust the top level and the bottom level independently.. the light turns on by the touch of a button and will turn off automatically a few minutes later. it’s extremely quiet and looks fantastic. The shelves that slide out look classy and have the ability to be removed if you need to put larger bottles inside. For us it was the perfect choice. The media could not be loaded. This FINALLY arrived today! So, FYI, if getting this as a Father's Day gift or as a gift for some special occasion for the man in your life (or for yourself), order it at least 3 weeks in advance. Even with Prime, this took about 2 weeks to arrive (maybe more, I can't remember); which I was not used to because with Prime I get everything the next day or within like 2 or 3 days. The seller did themselves a disservice by inaccurately listing it as 12" because it's actually about 2.5 feet or a little taller. It hold 18 standard sized wine bottles, the 750ml ones. It actually has a lock and key too, great if you have kids that are starting to get to that age where you need to worry about alcohol. It is heavy though, and I couldn't lift it. Comes in a big box, so you won't be able to surprise someone with it. It has a stainless steel finish, which is really nice, and has temperature control. I like the clear glass, and the wooden slats that pulls out like drawers for bottle holding... it looks a lot classier than the mini fridges that you see at hotels/motels. The only thing that you need to assemble is the door handle, and the only tool you need is a screwdriver for the door. ... show more

I did a fair amount of research prior to buying this unit. Have had it for 2 weeks and pleased to report that all is as advertised. The unit was well packaged and easy to unpack and assemble (just attaching the door handle.) As directed, I let is sit for a day or two before loading it up. Maintaining desired temps and very quiet. I had a couple of questions and sent an email to customer support, and it was answered within hours by Sara. Good, thorough answers that clarified the individual vertical spacing between shelves (that results in being able to accommodate bottles of varying sizes. Very pleased with the responsiveness. Great quality wine cooler for 46 bottles! the shelves open very smoothly and the led lights make the cooler look nicer and efficient to see the bottle's labels inside without the need of a flashlight, the setting are extra simple to follow, the temperature can be changed from celcious to farenheit very easily , after a little while the light will get turn off, it happened to me while leaving the door opened for very long.     • What noise?

The media could not be loaded. When I first plugged in this fridge and set the temperature, I could barely hear anything turn on. I walked away for a bit and again, I still didn't hear anything so I decided to go check on it. While the fridge was on and the inside was cold, I could barely hear this thing run. It really is quiet and hardly noticeable, even when you're nearby. The fridge itself holds different sizes of bottles that I have. I mainly have the slender bottles of wine but will occasionally have wider ones. Those I found fit really good and perfect on the bottom of the fridge as there's more room. While pulling out the rack, the wine inside of the bottle may move, the bottle of wine itself does not. When installing the handle, the instructions said to pull out the seal and use a screw driver. I did this and not going to lie, did get a little afraid that the seal wasn't going to go back but it does. Just push it against the door and it goes right back into place. This fridge does come with a pair of keys that locks the fridge, which I love because I do have teenagers in my house and this prevents them from sneaking inside. As you can see in the video, once it's locked, this barely opens and there's no way to get anything in or more importantly, out. We had a trash compactor installed but was able to remove it and put this in it's place. Not only did it fit perfectly but the stainless steel matches all of our appliances. Really does keep our wine nice and cold, plus it's easy to set the temperature. ... show more

    • Will not stay at my set temperatures

The good news....attractive and quiet operation. The bad news...temperature in constant flux and varies from 1° to 6° from my temp settings. The vendor stated that this was an expected function of the unit depending on humidity and usage. This seems to cause the cooler to run more often to maintain my desired settings. Our previous cooler stayed at the settings I prescribed but this one doesn't Additional comments: I do not understand why this cooler cannot maintain a constant temperature. I don't believe it is because of humidity and too much being inside. As I said, our previous cooler never varied, and our refrigerator stays constant. STAY AWAY! Something is definitely wrong. ONE FINAL COMMENT: Still being told that this temp fluctuation is "normal". I can return and get a refund but who wants or is able to pack up the unit. PLEASE DON'T BUY!! ... show more
