Can't almost get a gas appliance in Kailf, (how stupid) After install did some tests, Had to adj the temp controller (with a $6 oven temp gauge) A problem I did not expect. When our nearly 20 year old oven that came with our house broke between Thanksgiving and Christmas we were scrambling to try to come up with nearly $2K for a replacement. Happily we stumbled across Thermomate's products and were able to get a new oven very quickly without breaking the bank! Upon reading some reviews I was hesitant to be super trusting of the product at first, building in lots of extra cooking time to make sure everything I served was fully cooked. We have been cooking now for over 3 weeks through Christmas and New Year holidays and have had no issues! I'm very pleased with the oven so far. The only complaint I have is that some of the settings such as "Broil" and "Bake" seem opposite from standard big name ovens. If you purchase this oven, be sure to read the description of each setting so you know what to use for your cooking/baking needs. The dials are also a little unconventional but we have gotten a lot of compliments on the look of the oven many saying it looks European.

Timer doesn't work. Arrived with dents on the front and back. thermostat is off. trying to see if the 4 year warranty that i purchased will help. Thermomate took responsibility and reached out and sent me a whole new oven! I am very greatful.. The size of this oven is what I needed since it is a wall oven and the 24" is hard to find. I am happy with my new oven.

Power cable needed rear panel entrance instead of top entrance, otherwise install was easy. Simple to figure out and 3200 watts of burners cooks evenly. Better construction than the original 50 year old oven. 🍺😃👍

Ordered convection oven, received oven promptly, contractor installed it, upon opening door we realized there was no rotisserie, no fan( i.e. not a convection oven). Found out there are 2 types of this oven, 1 standard and 1 convection. Called Amazon representative and she was very helpful, she was able to contact the company, which was very difficult, to explain the mix up. We had a 3 way conversation with the company rep. who promised we would receive the correct (convection) oven in several days. I specifically asked, is this going to be days, weeks, or months, and he responded "no more than 3-4 days sir" We did not, do not have a functional oven at this time. It has been more than 2 weeks now, still no oven or correspondence from the company, and upon contacting Amazon, they recommended just sending the oven back for a refund. We will now have to disassemble our counter top and built in space we prepared for this wall oven, have the oven re packaged, and returned - major hassle, all because the customer service department for this company doesn't care about the consumer, doesn't care about making things right, just wants to play it off like all recent trends of American business these days, and let the consumer suffer. The irony is that if you look at the advertisement with Amazon, the company still hasen't changed it to remove the description of "convection oven" from this model number. I think Amazon would be smart to drop them from their website, as they are not reputable and cannot produce the products they advertise.

I really like the look of this product. It fit nearly perfectly in the existing 24” cabinet and the electrical connection was fairly easy, but you do need to hook in the pigtail supplied and wire it into your 220V line - it’s not a plug. It heated quickly to do the initial burn off of the surface oils. The controls are easy for me but not so much for my very elderly mom. They are a bit odd, particularly with the right timer/on knob that can turn the oven off when the timer dings. We won’t use that feature, just leave it in the on position and turn the oven on or off with the middle knob. She had a hard time turning the large knobs, but this shouldn’t be a problem for most. Her big complaint was that that there was only one baking rack supplied but two roasting pans she will never use. I’ve contacted the manufacturer about getting another rack. In the end she was able to turn the middle knob to “bake” and adjust the temp as needed. Great value for the money and nice clean modern looks.

A piece of Junk!! Fails after a year & manufacturer states out of warranty?!?! A gimick!!! Delivered with a dent and was not packaged not well What kind of oven fails after a year and the manufacturer is not concerned about that? Back & forth several times and finding out that the electronics never worked as expected. Do not buy this piece of garbage. YOU definitely will regaret it!!
