It’s almost 1 month how I use this washer machine. Very comfortable in use. Super easy to install it. Cloth is clean and dry fast after. Don’t take too much space which is good for my small apartment. Don’t make too much noise and not hard vibrating. So not bothering my neighbors. And you can put more cloth for one circle of wash then it’s looks. Don’t affect my electric bill. And it’s good bonus . Do I recommend it to my friends already . It’s super good washer for small living spaces . For me it’s work super well and super affordable price.

The media could not be loaded. For myself this machine works great and fills all my needs. I’m a single dad with my kid in college now so I’m doing laundry for 1 making it just more practical to use this portable machine. It came quick and was set up ready to use in minutes. It actually works better than the last couple full size machines I’ve had plus the size makes it easy to move wherever I want since I can easily lift it by myself and do not need to struggle or cause damage fitting through doorways. It’s really straightforward with instructions on how to use the different programs so using it was a breeze. It also has an awesome spin function that is quiet enough that I can’t even hear it at all just one room over unlike my last full size that would shake the whole house. It even has an air dry function which I don’t need because I have a dryer, but it’s great peace of mind to have the option as a back up. I’d recommend this to anyone trying to save space or money without having to sacrifice quality and cleanliness.

The media could not be loaded. I’m so disappointed! Overall the washing machine works great. The clothes come out damp dry after and they feel/look very clean. Unfortunately it leaks so badly! My family heavily relies on this washing machine to save us money. We are low income and can’t afford the coin operated laundry in our unit to keep up with our homes laundry requirements(we have little kids). We saved money up to buy this washer in hopes to have it save us in the long run. When I reached out to customer service about this horrible leak, I also sent them the video of the leak, they only offered me $80 and essentially said good luck. They kindly told me there are no other options to correct their manufacturing error. No technician in my area will work on it because it’s not a commercial washer, I called 4 different businesses to see if they could even look at it. None will. I read a bunch of reviews for this one and others and landed on this one for its affordability and quality(based off reviews). I expected the sink attachment hose to leak because I read that in almost all the comments(and it does) but this is awful and we are very devastated to be out this money and not have a washing machine that feels safe to use. Overall, buy this with caution, but go commercial to be safe in case of any issues. Lessons have been learned. Hoping to seal the leak, it looks like poor, cheap threading on their end. I do not recommend this washer with their being a high risk of issues.

UPDATE: I was right. I do like the machine very much. Could not find more documentation, but I have figured out how to judge water levels and how to recognize when it wants the water. FYI It seems to want a full load's worth of water for rinse cycles, regardless of the set level for a wash cycle. For me that ended up being the biggest hangup in figuring out what it wants to just run through the whole wash/rinse/spin cycles without turning it off and programing each cycle individually. BTW the problem was not the seller's fault, but the seller was willing to offer a solution that would work for me if needed. Very happy with the machine and very happy with the seller. Documentation from manufacturer was/is the problem. Seems like a good machine. Spin is great at getting the water out for quicker drying. Seems like good agitation when I can get it to start. Reason for low stars is lack of availability of documentation. I specifically bought the washing machine because manufacturer info about the machine stated manual fill was an option. There is NO information on how to do it. (Pretty much no information at all actually.) Haven't found it online, though I am going to try again this afternoon. YouTube has videos on how to do it for a Black and Decker, but this doesn't work the same way. Found something that said to try programing it and press start and immediately press pause and fill it. I have gotten wash cycle to work twice, but have no idea how to tell when the water level is right. And can't get rinse to start at all. (I filled and manually swished manually then did spin cycle which automatically drains before spinning). Need help and can't find it. (Product support option on amazon does have anything that addresses my problem and didn't find any other options to contact anyone.) Found a support email address and have emailed the company/manufacturer, NOT seller. UPDATE: After a couple days Google mail declared the address useless. Repeated efforts to send had failed.

Has a plastic smell to it so far but I just got it yesterday. Easy setup. Loving the quality and amount it holds! Very happy so far! Update: it’s definitely not silent there is a loud almost grinding noise that I can’t figure out, the air dry didn’t really dry at all it’s just a long constant spin cycle there is no air involved.

I've been using this washing machine for over a month, and it's been working great so far, doing its job perfectly. Its size is perfect for my studio, and it can hold a good amount of clothes. It's easy to use and relatively quiet, and you can easily choose different water levels and washing modes on the control panel. The machine effectively cleans clothes, and the spin function dries them pretty well, so I can hang them to dry completely. I connect the drain tube to the toilet, and it drains well. If you connect the hose to a faucet, it's automatic, but even if you can't, you can still pour water manually into the machine (three times for the standard wash mode) and use it. Overall, I love this machine and highly recommend it.
