We have a patch of yard behind our garden shed that I wanted to use for a chicken yard. Fencing it wasn't difficult, but it butted up against the shed, which is sitting on top of leveling blocks. We have a creek running behind all of that, so we get lots of wildlife coming through like it's a critter highway. I used these panels to create a barrier between that critter highway and our chicken yard. Of course, I also protected the "ceiling" and the sides, but the real danger in our use case was from critters who dig and burrow. These panels are SUPER sturdy. I was able to get more ground coverage by leaving a 2" gap between each panel, which helped make it affordable. I used a rubber mallet to pound them into the ground, and I am so pleased that my hens are protected with the resulting barrier.

The title says it. And use a board or wooden stake horizontally across the top to take the hammer blows to pound it into the ground. It holds up well. I’ve bought 3 of these sets.

These aren’t terrible. However, it shows they’re good barriers for dogs that dig. They don’t go down very deep so if your dog is a digger, I would recommend you buy something that is at least 24 inches. They work but not as well as I would have liked them too
