It’s actually a sewing kit with a sampler book embroidery book. It’s fine, just double the thread since it’s not floss. It works perfectly and it’s actually great for beginners. I cut the edges to make single pages, I’ll leave a video I would get it again.

Super disappointed. The Sample Book is very small, 3 1/2" x 5 1/2". The supplies are cheap, putting it mildly, and the Tutorial is a joke. The information in the manual is faded out, the print is super tiny, and the instructions are not clear at all. This is the second time I have been misled into buying a product and get ripped off. Come on Amazon, you can do better than this right?!

Instructions do not match the book. Image on the front of the instructions is different than that of the book. At one point the instructions refer you to page 78 but it's just a little pamphlet of four pages. You will have to look up instructions on YouTube. The only problem with that is a lot of things are misspelled for example it says butter hole stitch instead of buttonhole stitch. Some of them are really difficult to figure out. The back of the book says Amy McClellan 2025 for some reason. The little sewing kit is decent. All in all it's fun if you don't mind trying to figure out what the stitches are and looking them up yourself.

It’s actually very nice. After all the negative reviews I was a little wary but bought it any way. It’s a little album of stitches with the threads and necessary accessories especially for beginners. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t come with instructions for all of the stitches. I’ll have to look those up. But still very excited to get started.

I bought this to give embroidery a try, but it was not the best and definitely got what was paid for. This is small and because the pages are sewn into the binding, the stitches can be very hard to complete. The names of stitches are very hard to read, because it is all so small, and most are not included with the manual. I have had to google pretty much all of them. The fabric of the pages is thick cotton cloth and is difficult for sewing the smaller patterns. The included sewing kit contains sewing thread not embroidery floss, not a deal breaker for something to practice but is a pain to cut 1-2 strands each time. The scissors are also pretty terrible. I have give this book a couple of weeks and really wanted to like it but sadly has fallen short.

Sadly it doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review. Bait and switch for sure. The pictures posted on Amazon are definitely not what you get. It looks a lot bigger than the actual product. The book is tiny and really hard to read the names of the stitch you are supposed to do. To top it all off the instruction page not book that comes with it only shows how to do 26 of the stitches that are in the book so all the other ones you have to look up on YouTube. Definitely not worth the money I spent for it. Very disappointed
