I ordered this trampoline for my kids at Christmas. It was fairly straightforward to assemble. The trampoline is sturdy and seems to be made well. I like the bright purple spring cover, it's vibrant and looks great. The accessories, however, were not all there, the ones that did arrive are not quality items at all. The lights are about 12" shorter than the circumference of the net at the top so they look cheesy. The socks weren't included at all. The ball wont hold air for long and it's pump broke. I haven't installed the sprinkler yet as the weather hasn't been appropriate so I am unable to provide feedback on it at this time. The basketball hoop/backboard were acceptable. Overall, it's a nice trampoline. I am upset that I paid extra for accessories because I trusted the vendor would ensure paired items were the correct size for their product, and that's just not the case. Lesson learned.

I ordered the 16’ pumpkin trampoline with the bright green pads. The trampoline arrived early. It was in two boxes that were delivered together. The packaging was intact. It contained two inventory sheets and an instruction booklet. I was able to easily check off the contents to ensure that I had received everything. The sprinkler, lights, remote and footwear weren’t in the original two boxes but arrived in a third box, two days later. Every item was wrapped individually. The only damage to the product was simple scarring on the tubes for the legs. Absolutely unavoidable during shipping due to the size. It was a simple at home fix. Assembly was easy. I was able to do it alone until the safety net had to be installed and I was too short to reach the top. My husband gladly took over from there. I chose this trampoline because we have a large family including kids and grandkids. I wanted to be able to play together. This trampoline is a heavy duty, sturdy, massive and quality made platform for both kids and adults. I like the 1500 lb limit with a max of 330 lbs per person. It came with 108 springs. We couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The adults and children are loving it! I highly recommend this product and SKYUP.

Poles bent on the first jump once assembled. Called Amazon twice to get poles sent out and they will not do so. They will also not refund for the terrible customer service support. Stay away from this seller.
