One of my sibling in laws had this fancy schmancy Karaoke system I've been using for the past few years. Yes... its all in chinese... but since I've used this android tv like platform before it was easy for me to get up and running. First off .. at least from when I purchased .. this system shipped from China... via DHL... and from ordering to receiving.. I got it in 5 days. Thats pretty darned fast in my opinion and beat original date estimates. The box came in with NO damage and everything packed tightly and neatly. The instructions are a little bare.. but easy to follow and I connected the system to the effector box to the wireless mic to the touchscreen fairly quickly and was booted up in under 30 minutes. For anyone getting audio delay.. more than likely you're using a sound bar or TV speakers? I experienced a second delay when outputting via a soundbar using the optical out to the the optical in on the sound bar. When connected via RCA to a AMP/Receiver there was ZERO delay from what I saw on screen vs what I heard on the speakers vs my (terrible) voice mixing in. Otherwise its been a champ! My neighbors hate my and my family and driving down the house values every night since we've hooked this all up. Just a warning..... this system will turn into the rats nest of wiring.... 30 minutes to get everything working... but it did take me over 2 hours to "Cable Manage" but totally worth it. Awesome system and looking forward to the many thousands of hours and suffering we will be unleashing on our neighbors in the future!

This karaoke set has almost every function that a real KTV has. It’s a little pricey but really worth it. Once you own this you no longer have to spend expensive hourly rate at a small, smelly KTV room. You can even hold a karaoke party at home with family and friends. Really convenient and entertaining! By the way, their customer service through WeChat is very easy to reach and usually responses really fast. Another big plus to this product!

We got our system a few days after we ordered. The installation procedure was fairly easy to follow. We had a small microphone frequency challenge. I got immediate customer service even though it was outside the business hour. The issue was fixed quickly. I highly recommend to have this easy operational system since it provides professional level of quality and makes our party more fun.

We love the Karaoke player. It gives the whole family a lot of fun! Making all the line connections and especially the audio connection (I had to buy an analog to digital converter) is not easy. However, the customer service is very helpful and responsive. I was given detailed step-by-step instructions on what is needed and which ports to connect. A few minutes later, it is working!!! More impressively, I get timely response and assistance whenever I have questions. Totally worth it!!!

Why did the VIP downloading function expire? This is unacceptable, and not stated anywhere. Not happy that additional fee is required otherwise downloading is extremely slow.

Went with a friend to LA Karaoke bar with hostess cost me $800 a night, now I have this system at home with sound quality and song selections rival local bar......I invite a few friends over to party every weekend, party and drinking at the comfort of my own home.......this is one of the smartest thing I have done. When I ran into problem to set up my system, I was able to get instant help from a technician within 2 hours. After 20 minutes of face time showing him my set up, it was all fixed and now I am a happy man.
