Description

Popular for its outstanding design and assured gold purity, the American Gold Eagle is known as a highly esteemed bullion coin around the world. The 2024 issue of the 1/10 oz Gold Eagle contains 1/10 troy ounce of gold and bears a face value of $5. Congress founded the American Gold Eagle program in 1986, and it became a worldwide sensation. American Gold Eagles are the first investment coin officially backed up by the U.S. government. A record of durability and freedom are depicted in the art. On the obverse side of the item, Lady Liberty steps fearlessly into the obscure, bringing a torch along with an olive branch. On the reverse is an incredibly made picture of the bald eagle, America’s symbol of freedom. Each 1/10 oz American Gold Eagle is made up of .9167 fine gold.

  • Cost
The idem is perfect, but shop around, I paid 15-20% too much. I wish I did look elsewhere.

  • On the lower scale and not worth the money
The items price is not comparable to the actual price of the gold coins extremely overpriced. Also, the price of gold keeps fluctuating so not a good purchase. Also quality of coins is mediocre according to experts.
