    • Great for making our own signs
We got these to do a sign project and they work great. They take paint of all kinds very well. They are thick enough not to be flimsy or floppy, but thin enough that they are not too heavy or difficult to hang up. We were able to sand the edges to get a more finish look. Overall, great!

These cut well with my very low wattage diode laser. I appreciate that they are low cost compared to other laser compatible materials.

    • Made in China. No warping. Nice would sheets.
I have tried other such would sheets and had issues with warping. Not so with these. They have a nice thickness to them and are quite sturdy. I use them in my laser engraver, and so far they have worked without any problems. These would sheets are made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of thirty-four bucks I’m sure they are close to twice the price they should be, but overall I am very happy with them. ... show more

    • Veneer peeling off more than half, warped.

As I started pulling pieces out and they sat for a little bit some stayed straight and some were very very warped. With some of the Warped ones I was able to hold them in place while laser cutting but others I could not. As you can see in the picture there's about half of the package that I can't use and the veneer is coming off of them. I bought them because it was cheaper than going local but at least with my local purchases I didn't have them falling apart. Will not be buying this company's product again. ... show more

Over half of these boards were partially delaminated. After applying stain to “good” boards, they too delaminated. A 1 star rating is generous.

    • Nice looking boards and straight
Of the 20 pieces I used with my 5W laser engraver/cutter, 5 pieces (25%), did not cut all the way through using my well established 3mm cut settings. Not a good ratio. However, the boards were straight and had a nice veneer surface.

Perfect wood for laser engraving! Able to get nice detail and a really sharp looking finish on the cuts! Definitely a winner in my shop! Great for engraving crafts, making stack mandalas, and for building cut outs! Love how flat they have stayed and that I was able to engrave, wash, and finish without losing any of the detail! 10/10 would totally get these again and definitely recommend! ... show more
