Packaged in a 65-ounce box and sold in a convenient 4-count bundle, it’s not just a great value—it’s a powerhouse of cleaning potential. Right off the bat, I appreciate that the packaging tells you exactly what it is and what it does, and it’s been around for over a century for a reason. This isn’t some fad cleaner that’s going to disappear in a year—this is an OG multi-tasker that’s stood the test of time. Now, there’s many ways that I use this product which is why it’s become my go-to for everything from laundry to pest control. Yes, it’s that versatile. I use this often in my laundry room to brighten, boost and strip my garments and houseware items. That’s why I fell in love with this in the first place. My son is an all tri-athlete and it was always so hard to keep his baseball uniform clean. That’s when I first discovered this product and I’ve never looked back. This affordable powder will outperform many products you purchase anywhere from 10 times to 100 times for less money. #1. Removing stains. I had an oil stain on some pants. I washed them with regular detergent about 20 times with no improvement. I tried spot treatment with baking soda, soaps etc nothing worked. I spot treated with borax then out it in the regular wash and the oil stain is 100% gone. Not almost gone but can't tell it was ever there. #2. Kills weeds even poison ivy. I posted some pictures of how this worked on weeds and poison ivy. I just mixed some borax in how water with some soap and then sprayed it on the leaves. It takes about a week to see the results. The pictures I took are about 1.5 to 2 weeks after spraying the poison ivy. #3. Kills bugs. Works really well for this at a fraction of the cost of bug killer. Just mix some in with something sweet. Honey, corn syrup etc and when the bugs eat it, it's over. Also, it works really well for things like carpenter ants because they will take this mixture back to the queen and it will kill the entire colony. #4. Preserves wood. Just recently learned this can be used to treat wood to last longer outdoors. It looks to be more effective than most of the stuff you buy in the store to treat decks, fences, etc. There are many uses for borax and even just one would pay for itself. Not only does it have all these uses but does all of them extremely well. This is a must to have in your home.

Product works really well. There is an alternate, knock off version of this product which clumps into hard clumps that are almost impossible to break down. So I went back to this original product, which is superior. Delivery was delayed several times.

20 Mule Team Borax has a lot of uses and their are a lot of good YouTube’s that shows me how to use it other than a laundry booster. Boxes are small but heavy and they are full to the top. Price is good for todays’ market. I use about a tablespoon in my dish detergent to boost it also. It dissolves easily also. Love that it is environmentally friendly. I would suggest that the vendor shrink wrap or plastic bag wrap each box because it arrived with white powder all over the boxes. It is strong so some handlers in the delivery system could be allergic to the powder and smel.
