When I unpacked the espresso maker, I could not find the one cup insert. I posted a question about getting it replaced, and ultimately, my husband found it tucked in the box in an area I did not see it. It appears I am not the only one who thought the manufacturer did not include this part. They would be well advised to pack it along with the other insert and parts. The media could not be loaded. After reading the reviews I decided to give a no brand espresso maker a chance. Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Followed all descriptions and made my first espresso. My first surprised: the pressure scale was all time on zero. After pushing the single cup button the Machine starts to make a kind of pumping sound and after about 4sec. is brewing the espresso. BUT: the pressure scale isn’t going up to espresso pressure shown on the scale. The coffee comes out with NO typical espresso cream!!!!! Because there is NOT enough pressure! If you want to make a quick Americano, perhaps this machine is right for you. If you want to get an espresso, DO NOT BUY!!! Pros: -quick delivery -easy to assembly Cons: -cheap made -pressure not working -coffee handle cheap made and light weight -makes NO espresso typical crema -coffee taste terrible; fare away from an espresso - way overpriced for the quality I had a De Longhi espresso machine way cheaper then this and it made always a perfect, tasty espresso with great crema. I used the same Lavazza coffee. Still, with this machine the coffee was NOT drinkable. I was looking for a replacement after my De Longhi break down after 8years. What a mistake! Do NOT buy this. It was great until steamer broke after 4 months. Then a week later, espresso maker broke. I only used this for two cups per day.
