I purchased 2 different lavalier microphones for video recording, this being one of them. I REALLY wanted to like these the best - the product was packaged very nicely, they come in a sleek quality case, and they just look very cool. Much different than most microphones. The voice sound quality seems fabulous as does the range. They basically perform the way the manufacturer says they will, except for one thing; noise cancellation. I tried these out down in my basement where I had the HVAC system blowing. In comparing to another brand / model, this product allowed the background noise to come through in a noticeable way. For me, that's a deal killer because audio is THE most important part of video recording. Bottom line is that I think for a budget friendly set of microphones, these can work but for just $10 or $15 more, you might find a better product. ... show more

Received this yesterday and was impressed. Very nice packaging. The container is a charging box for the 2 microphones and receiver. It gives you indicator lights on the box for percentage of charging completed which is very nice to have. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and once plugged in it immediately recognized and I was able to use with no additional APPS required. I have tested it up to 12 feet(ish) and it appears to have good sound quality. It is "Line-Of-Sight" which means if you turn your back to the receiver, it will get a bit choppy.
