A year later I would have to say by far the best battery powered toy truck for its price. Have not had to replace the factory battery and still runs a good couple hours in a charge. And my son has not taken it easy on that truck. It’s been through snow, rain, and every mud puddle that could be found. And the parent control brilliant and works to the T. Only minor issue is a pop rivet in the front steering the keeps breaking but I invested in a pop rivet gun. My kid loves this thanks!!!

Really liked this toy. You can control from the car itself or from a remote control. Plays music even has usb plugs on it. The battery itself is pretty powerful, not like the ones in stores that are not that powerful. Has three different speeds, I already think the lowest goes pretty fast and the distance for the connection on the remote is a decent distance, but be careful where you store it. Best to get a weatherproof cover for it. Overall, it’s a great purchase.

This came slightly damaged some dents and scratches. The battery was shipped inside where you'd find it typically located, however the clamps that hold it in place are not strong enough to keep it in place. Due to this the battery was tossed around and cause a pretty heavy dent in the side of the hood. Some other very minor scratches. The instructions are probably the worst thing about it.... very vague instructions and the photos are some small and smushed together that you can't really tell what you're looking at. After about an hour of struggling and removing things we thought we had in the right spot, decided to check if there were video instructions on Amazon, and thankfully there was. Definitely follow the video. It charged up well and had about an hour of play before the end of the day and didnt seem like it was dying at all. However the reverse speed is incredibly slow and the turning radius isnt really the best either. The controller kinda works when it wants to, and sometimes its easier to shut everything off and start over rather than waiting for the remote to figure it out. It is extremely heavy and has a metal frame, so I imagine it can handle a few trees. I was also missing one singular screw, which typically you're provided with a few extra. I dont really think its worth the amount I paid for it, and believe there is something else out there that would work a little bit better as far as the handling goes.

This thing is huge for a power wheel. My 3 year old def was intimated at first and was a struggle for him to turn due to being 4wd and heavy. With some practice he’s gotten use to it and will now follow me through some trails. Great Christmas purchase and so far it’s been worth it. Will update if anything changes. If looking for something that can go off road and in some mud, buy it!

The motors end up not staying secured, to the point my son couldn’t drive it anymore because everytime he did it would jerk him one way or another. Charging port is not great either.

My sons and I are very happy with this unit! Ages 4 & 2. I love the slow start and stop function of this unit. All the neighbors are jealous. We have a large hill in the front yard which this handles with ease. I’ve had them in it for 3+ hours per clip, and the battery was never depleted. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
