I will confirm almost every claim. I bought it to mount some strip led lights. After curing, they are unmovable. I mean, really un-movable. I decided to take one down to move after a week and it would barely budge. After I removed it, the tape was really hard to remove from the aluminum frame of the light. It DID leave no residue, none at all, but it kept breaking because the stick was so strong. That said, I can't understand the purpose of the picture running it under water. I tried to wash it to see if it was re-usable. I was not able to get it to work a second time. Even after drying for awhile. My experience is it is a one off. Lessons learned, use sparingly, covering half of the 4' strip was immense over-kill. Don't bank on being able to reuse and works best on things you want to set and forgot. If you are using it as a temporary solution be aware getting it removed might be a severe struggle and damage anything that wasn't itself super strong. At times it felt like the aluminum frame was about to bend. I would not use on maleble metal. ... show more

I am a home decor seamstress and found myself without help for a Roman shade installation recently. This double sided miracle saved my bacon and allowed me to get the Roman shades hung faster than if I had an actual helper. After peeling the paper off of both sides and applying directly to the Roman shades, it stuck nicely to the window frame after a little bit of pressing. It held securely while I put the screws in, and now remains as extra reinforcement. I do wonder if it would’ve held without screws, especially in such a sunny area; but, I’m happy for how long it held and that it allowed me to install solo. ... show more

i did ok with the narrow nano tape but I found i was often double dipping. this wider variety is the way to go, and I'm super happy with the variety pack. this tape is amazing, especially on smooth plastics (laminates etc) and metal. as even the product info states, this stuff is not as re-useable as once thought. i've had some luck washing small pieces to stick again but I find I stretch and break it often trying to remove it. ... show more

I have some decorative vases and equipment that I want to keep from shifting so I tried out some "earthquake wax"... the stuff is messy and doesn't always stick. I looked again for adhesives and came across this SoundOriginal Nano Tape. Just what I needed! This is interesting stuff... there is NO glue coating; instead the surface itself adheres to your objects. As such, smooth flat items work best since there is more surface area to bind to. I cut a couple half-inch strips, and placed them on a granite countertop and placed a can of soup on top. Wow this stuff can hold! I wasn't expecting that tight a bond. I slowly lifted an edge and the tape released, and was unmarked and undamaged. I've read though from other reviews to NOT use this on painted walls or shelves... I can imagine that it could peel the paint or drywall right off! I have glass shelves, and putting smaller squares and strips on the bottom of my items has made them very secure. I can open/close the cabinet doors without having them wobble any more : ) If you need a strong secure hold, this nano tape is worth checking out! ... show more

The 2 canvases,2 photos, and big photo frame are all hung with a tons of this tape. It works. It's been hanging for a week and a half just fine. I have a few much lighter things hung with this too. I love this stuff! Its so removable!

This tape is very strong. Just make sure you get it on the first try or else you will struggle trying to remove it and re-aligning. At that point, I would just end up throw it again and cut a new piece. I would not use it where you will need to remove as I can see it taking part of the wall or material with it. ... show more

This tape was wonderful. If you need something in place of a command strip I would recommend this. But use tiny pieces because I did rip some paint of the wall using this. That’s how strong the adhesive is. I use this tape to put up canvas paintings, as well as, hang up decor within the classroom. Nothing has come down yet using this tape. A little but goes a long way this tape. These don’t come off as smoothly as command strips however. ... show more
