Im 5'8" and 190lbs I got the dark blue in a size 16. I like the fit. They come just right over the belly button and there is some stretch. If you want a tight fit maybe size down but I wouldn't recommend they will shrink in the wash. They also had a funny smell when I 1st opened them.
