In my cabin the washer and dryer are in my face as soon as I walk in the door so they've become a constant drop zone for everything and anything. I had previously put a rag rug on top of them trying to give them a bit of protection but mice seemed to want the fibers to make their beds with as the rug ended up with a lot of holes. Got these to solve my issues. They're nice and durable, have a nice lip on them that doesn't flop over but I'd almost prefer they lay flat vs having a lip. They definitely will protect the tops from anymore scratches and hopefully if the mice try pulling it apart they'll choke and die. I can't say these fit as I had hoped as they are smaller than my washer and dryer but I also didn't measure first as I'm not at the cabin often. Obviously not all washers/dryers are a standard 24" wide like I thought as I probably have a good inch or more on all sides. Not a big deal because they still look so much better than the ratty rag rug and will definitely keep the tops from getting any more beat up. I think maybe a tad pricey compared to others out there.

My washer and dryer are both front-loaders, so I pile all my laundry products on the tops of them both. If either machine vibrates a little while washing or drying a load, those items on top tend to dance around, and I dread something falling off the back, where I'd never be able to get to it without completely unhooking my machines. Also, my w/d set is 14 years old, but I love it to bits, so I hated when liquid detergent, softener, etc. would drip and goop up the top of my washer, or items moving would scratch the finish. So voila! I found these silicone covers to protect my workhorse babies! The covers are sturdy, smooth, and solid while being flexible to install. The border edges have a turned up 1/2-3/4" lip, which I really like for stability and protection against the possibility of spills. The silicone finish looks really nice and smooth, but none of my products move around now. I haven't had to clean it, since I've only been using these a week, but it sure looks like spills would wipe off easily. What a great product!

I, like many others, have a tendency to leave things on top of both the front load washer and dryer, as it's a handy spot for items that are used frequently in the laundry room. The problem (particularly with the high-speed washer) is that items on top are usually sliding around, and sometimes even fall off. These mats solve the issue. The silicone material, which is nicely thick, grips not only the washer and dryer surface (make sure to clean the tops first before laying the mats down), and the raised lip is a welcome addition in case of spills. The gray color matches my LG set nicely. This is an inexpensive, worthwhile purchase to give you a better surface on your machines, as well as to protect them.

These silicone mats are perfect for what they are made to do. They were folded up in packaging so I was worried they would have creases, or the edges may have wrinkles. However, the silicone is the perfect thickness, and had zero creases or bends. They do not come to the edges of my machines as I would have liked, but I have a larger capacity washer and dryer, so I get it. Just make sure you measure to see where they would be on your machines before purchasing. I also like the fact that these are two separate pieces, since I have my washer and dryer separated in my laundry room. Lastly, the small lip is all the way around and prevents anything from rolling off. Such a nice convenient addition to the laundry room.

I forgot that I have a top load washer so I could only use one of the mats on my dryer. It fits perfectly and protects my dryer. It doesn’t move around and I can store my laundry products on top without worrying about damaging my dryer. The edges raised to prevent spills from dripping or things from sliding off the mat. I presume it will be easy to clean and appears that it will hold up well. If it ends up becoming worn then I’ll have an extra, or I may be able to find another use for the other one.

These are great! I love that the rubber keeps things from sliding all over the top of the washer or dryer. Everything just looks more organized and I'm not afraid of scratching up the top of the units.
