These door lights were very easy to install. No problem there. I like the design I picked for my Forester. It looks very cool when the door is opened. The brightness is very good. I honestly was not aware the door even had puddle lights before seeing this product on Amazon because the factory ones are so dim. My one and only complaint about the product, and it's not a big complaint, is that the image gets fuzzy and has a blue-ish fringe out toward the edges. I think they could have improved that with the lens design, but it's not worth removing a star in the rating. I also think the price is a little high for what it is, but all the sellers seem to be in the same price range, so if I wanted the coolness factor, I had to pay the price. The only issue that I had was that, the passenger side projection immage was upside-down and I had to carefully take apart the housing and adjust the lens. (twist,pull out, turn180°,twist back in) Other than that it's a bright light with sharp details! And it's very easy to install. I give it 4 stars because I had to fix it. Also it's nice with the passenger side, the immage of the car is facing out so everything is symmetrical. ... show more
