Good but I had my brushes loose hair during the first use of saddle soap. They are definitely soft and great for restoring/cleaning old leather purses and bags. I appreciate the variety of brush sizes in this kit - it's super helpful for tiny purse straps and tough-to-reach areas. The media could not be loaded. I have been brushing my shoes daily using this shoe cleaner kit, and it has held up very well. I do not polish my shoes, but I regularly use the smaller brushes for detailing, and they have been excellent for that purpose. The bristles are durable and do not shed much at all. I have not noticed significant hair falling out with regular use. The wooden handles feel solid and well made, and they do not feel like they are drying out or coming apart over time.
