I received the shelving within a few days of ordering. All parts were bubble wrapped and nicely packaged. My first impression was that the parts seemed somewhat flimsy. The assembly instructions were vague and the parts were not labeled. 2 of the nutserts on one side of the rack were loose and I could hear them rattling inside the tube making it impossible to screw together. I hope to contact the company to have one side replaced. UPDATE I contacted Amazon with my concerns and they sent me a replacement within two days. The second set assembled easier and all the screws went securely. I would buy from this company again. ... show more

    • Good bracket, quality control of packing list is terrible.
The quality control is terrible. I bought the 2 pack and each box had different parts missing from the bolt/nut set. I was able to piece together enough pieces to assemble 3 of the 4 brackets. However to return it I now have to disassemble the 3 working sets just to get a bag of bolts/nuts.
