I bought this lighting kit and it has worked really well for recording content at home. The setup was quick and I didn’t have to do anything complicated. I like that I can adjust both the brightness and the color temperature, so I can adapt it depending on the environment or time of day. The tripods feel stable and are tall enough for different types of shots. The phone holder is practical and stays in place. These lights really make a difference when creating content, especially because of how good the lighting is. Overall, they deliver what they promise and have been a good purchase.

Really bright. Good lights. But you have to have a really good wall plug. You can’t use just any wall plug or it won’t turn on at all. You have to have a good power source or they’ll just flash for a second when you try to turn them on and turn right back off. I was able to get it to work with an iPhone fast charger wall plug bc I had an adaptor. I guess you have to have a wall plug with at least 30/35w maybe more (I forgot how many watts my iPhone wall plug has)

It took be forever to open the box - like a few months but when I did these came in clutch! I thought I was going to use them to make content but I ended up using them as lighting at night markets. They're super bright, lightweight, height adjustable and easy to use. I plug them into a portable battery charger and they last all night. You will need to weight them down with something. I usually zip tie them to the corners of our popup tent. I've never experienced any heating issues. The facts that you get two lights for a great price makes this very valuable for the money!

Got these mainly for the tripods for another set of lights, and the tripods are reasonably sturdy and will support heavier lights by maybe a couple pounds. The fill lights are a bit gimmicky. Running them at full power causes the cords to become uncomfortably warm. The PWM circuit to control the brightness does not seem to have much in the way of line in regulation, so you need to use a tightly regulated USB power supply or power pack or it will flicker, and potentially fail quickly. There are some nice accessories for holding cell phones, a bag for the equipment, and USB C to USB A adapters. For an inexpensive startup kit, this is very workable. Plan on replacing the lights after 200-500 hours if using on high power as the power cables are obviously just barely enough current capacity to run these on high power. If running on medium to low power, I think you'll have much better longevity. I would also not recommend leaving these on high power unattended for anything more than 20-30 minutes.
