The putters are perfect.. They're just the right size for small hands and the right length for children. Probably a bit short for a normal sized adult. My ONLY complaint is that the colored golf balls that come with this purchase are NOT what we expected. The golf balls are more like giant cheese puffs.. If you hold one between your fingers, you could squish it flat. I guess that makes it safe for a 2 yr old, but not really suitable for a game of miniature golf in our backyard.. I will have to search and buy a set of colored "real" golf balls. Otherwise a good buy... Still got 2 putters for a good price. ... show more

These putters are easily adjustable for various heights, and have slightly softer heads that blunt the blow of little kids whacking around with them. The golf balls are soft too, and good for backyard use (though they don't roll like real golf balls). Great beginner set to help kids putt and the porch or patio. ... show more

This is a great little set for making your own little putting practice inside your home, I'm not sure how they would fare outside though. The balls are made of a harder foam of some kind, so they are softer than a traditional golf ball (perfect for inside). The putters are height-adjustable, however we found the highest setting to be just a bit short for my husband and sons (all 6'+) so we may have to get some additional (other) putters for them to use. The heads of these putters are also a harder foam of some kind - Still not something you would want to get hit with, but softer than an actual putter. We got these to go with some other indoor/outdoor putting items (portable "holes", crochet rings, etc) to make our own putt putt course at home.
